We love ASPCA pet insurance!

The staff has been very helpful, it is very easy to submit claims and I love that they check in on your pet when they see that something has happened.

Excellent!

I got ASPCA after my puppy tore her first ACL, knowing that the chances of her 2nd one blowing out in the near future was high. About a month after her first accident and getting ASPCA, her 2nd ACL went. I have accident only which only cost me $25.00 a month. I had no problems with my claim of almost $3,500 for the surgery! They paid me back my 90% with no questions asked. I only had to fill out about 5 minutes worth of information on the ASPCA app and they handled the rest! Very thankful, and highly recommend this company!

Shock diagnosis did not bankrupt me, thanks to Embrace!

I have been an Embrace member for several years through USAA. I switched after my previous pet insurance went up to $800 a year for my cavachon, Calvin, despite his never having been diagnosed or treated for any chronic illness even at age 8. About a year after I switched plans to Embrace, routine "senior dog" bloodwork recommended annually by my vet detected extremely high liver enzyme levels. After various tests were inconclusive, my vet recommended a specialist who recommended a full liver biopsy with four liver samples taken. At that point, including the surgery needed for the biopsy, the total vet bills were upwards of $4,000. Then, once Calvin was diagnosed with copper storage disease, I had to pay for expensive medication to pull the excess copper out of his liver. Fortunately Embrace quickly reimbursed me everything but the small deductible and co-pay I had selected. Prior to this I had very recently been through a traumatic divorce, and my income was reduced over 75%. So, Embrace was salvation for me financially and emotionally, since Calvin was my sole comfort on many days, and I didn't have to worry that I would not be able to afford to care for him now that he was sick. I don't know what I would have done if I had not had Embrace. I recommend pet insurance to everyone now, and specifically Embrace. You never know what life will bring - be prepared to care for your pet!

Great Service From Nationwide

My dog ingested two whole moccasins (shoes). Endoscopy was required to remove the material from her stomach. I knew the vet bill was going to outrageous. Luckily, I have the major medical plan through Nationwide. They covered everything except my deductible. I was ecstatic. At first the monthly insurance payment seemed steep, but given these circumstances I find it well worth it.

Nationwide is awesome

My dog had a growth taken off her nose and Nationwide covered almost her entire bill. I received a check in the mail about two weeks after I filed my claim.

Good coverage, some effort to collect

When signing up for insurance for a new puppy, we decided to include our older dog in spite of the greater expense to insure her. Later in the year, she suffered a scratched cornea that was not healing. It was good to feel confident that insurance would cover most of the several visits required to clear up the problem. Filling out, gathering and faxing forms and receipts, then arranging for a vet records review took some time and effort, but payment eventually came through as provided for by the policy.
