We knew that when the time came to say goodbye to our Empress it was going to be beyond difficult. Pet Owners get that. What made this slightly more manageable, but still tough, was knowing we did not have to make a decision based on Finances, but on what was right. Embrace gave us that peace of mind and for that we are all grateful.

Although I've had my older dog for 8 years now, it was only about 2 years ago that I considered pet insurance, and that was due to USAA recommending this company. Well, anything that USAA recommends is something I trust, so I got policies for both of my dogs. This past year I've had to file several claims; nothing to bad, but I was able to meet my deduction and then get several reimbursements. Embrace made this so easy for me. Although one of my claims was initially declined (due to my lack of providing adequate information), I called them and cleared it up, and within one day they approved the claim and issued payment. I'm so impressed with them. As my older dog continues to age, this is a great comfort to me knowing that I can get my baby treated properly, and not have to worry about skimping on his medical care due to the cost. Highly recommend this company.

Expensive insurance that didn't cover our claim. What good is insurance if it doesn't cover vet bills???????

I have seen some negative reviews but I think these are from individuals that haven't read their policy thoroughly. We have 10 dogs and one cat and Embrace provides affordable insurance that meets our needs. They have paid every claim according to our policy. We have been with them one year and plan on continuing.

I am lucky enough to have this insurance through my work benefits for all of my pets. I recently had a horrific accident with one of my pups. She was playing with a friends dog and was knocked into a rusty hook on the side of their home. It completely skinned her on her side about 4-5 inches in length, I rushed my poor pup to the hospital and had her fixed up and put in my invoice for pre-approval and had it paid directly to the hospital. This is extremely helpful as I was short on cash at the time because I was literally signing a lease that day and paying first months and deposit. I was able to have my claim filed and bill paid to the hospital quickly, so that my poor pup was able to get the emergency care she needed. Thank you so much Trupanion
