Healthy paws has been our pet insurers since day 1. recently our dog Mochi has major back surgery and true to form, Healthy Paws dealt with all the claims in their quick and efficient manner. They also took the trouble to check in with us to make sure our dog was recovering well. Their app makes submitting claims very easy and the terms/conditions on what is covered is very clearly laid out. In 6 years we have had zero issues and I wished all insurance companies were like Healthy Paws !

I find the app so easy to use. ASPCA Pet Insurance responds quickly to my claims. I was initially worried that I had to meet the mandatory minimum of my deductible before I would be reimbursed. Theo was sick really early. Thank goodness for our insurance. ASPCA has covered a significant portion of his veterinary bills. Not to mention, they always call after a claim is processed to check on him.

Healthy Paws is hands down the BEST pet insurance! They have been extremely helpful and considerate. I have never had an issue and the coverage is amazing. My dog has recently had 2 major surgery’s and they have not only reimbursed me immediately for the costs but have checked up on him as well. I couldn’t be happier with the service and I highly recommend healthy paws!

After my Girl was diagnosed with Cancer, Embrace Has been the one thing that has allowed us to continue her Chemotherapy. With out question they have processed our claims quickly and allowed us to continue to get her the treatment she needs!

While Michael was very helpful, the comments I have are more comprehensive. We are facing the worst nightmare of pet owners. Both are beloved pets are leaving us. One already was in so much pain that we had to put him to sleep about 2 weeks ago. We are now told that our collie has cancer has well and only a few weeks to be with us. We of course are devastated. Our hearts are broken. Trupanion has been a great help to us since we joined in 2011. I cannot imagine being able to give the care we did for our pups without their help. This is the kind of company that will be there for you. The process to place claims and receive what they have promised is a given. There is no better choice than this company. With time and a lot of prayer, one day we hope to share our home with another loving dog although right now the thought is unimaginable. I can assure you all that as soon as we get this pup, Trupanion will be the 1st call we make to sign us up for their care. My unending thanks and appreciation for the company that stands by what they promise and allow their customers to take the very best care available for their loving pets
