Patrick was really great. He has a difficult job and made me feel like he was really listening and trying to help me. I hope someone gives Patrick this feedback.

I do wish I could’ve paid my pet’s insurance for the year in one transaction.

Based on my call, it was simple...well to me. I feel like I've been trying to get my pets tooth removed and NO vet out in the real world would remove it without a "dental cleaning." If you were to review our file you will see about 6 different claims for her tooth. I feel as a consumer that it should be covered by insurance as this isn't something that I chose to have done...but instead it was required by all vets. I just wanted to call and explain this to your representative and she told me to just submit the claim and it will not be covered because it is identified as a dental cleaning. I realize that this is your policy...but in all circumstances, not all are the same. Just wanted to have her look at our file and see what accommodations could be given?

I HOPE my dog's medical needs would be covered. I am still not sure

Jose was polite and helpful. However, he was unable to solve my problem himself. He had to forward my issue onto someone else and said I would soon receive an answer to my question by email. I'm still waiting to hear from someone.

I was satisfied with the entire process. Just I was not informed that the office fee was not covered.

Rhonda helped me out with my questions. I recently called about direct payment for my vet hospital and she gave me the answers I needed. Awesome job.

Trupanion has been fantastic over the years - they have helped keep my dogs alive with their financial backing for needed testing and treatment.

Kathleen answered all of my questions and solved the issues.
