I am very satisfied with Trupanion. Unfortunately I have had to use my insurance on more then one occasion and the staff are always supportive and the claims are always paid in a very timely manner. I would recommend Trupanion to anyone looking for pet insurance and peace of mind when you need a little help in your pets time of need

Everyone I have spoken with are very friendly, helpful and professional. My waiting time on the phone is usually very brief and my issues have been resolved quickly. Also, Trupanion is available 24/7, which means I can call anytime and resolve an issue. I took a long time to get insurance for my dog, and I am very glad I chose Trupanion.

While Michael was very helpful, the comments I have are more comprehensive. We are facing the worst nightmare of pet owners. Both are beloved pets are leaving us. One already was in so much pain that we had to put him to sleep about 2 weeks ago. We are now told that our collie has cancer has well and only a few weeks to be with us. We of course are devastated. Our hearts are broken. Trupanion has been a great help to us since we joined in 2011. I cannot imagine being able to give the care we did for our pups without their help. This is the kind of company that will be there for you. The process to place claims and receive what they have promised is a given. There is no better choice than this company. With time and a lot of prayer, one day we hope to share our home with another loving dog although right now the thought is unimaginable. I can assure you all that as soon as we get this pup, Trupanion will be the 1st call we make to sign us up for their care. My unending thanks and appreciation for the company that stands by what they promise and allow their customers to take the very best care available for their loving pets

Nationwide insurance' s Wellness Plus Plan, is top notch!! Low monthly fee, meet a deductible and then 90% of all bills paid!!! Love it!!!! For a miniature dog who has to go several times for shots because it cant be all done at once, this is the way to go. deductible met fast.

Really impressed today with the customer service provided by Amberlee. She went out of her way to take the time with me to resolve my issue completely. She was pleasant and professional and a pleasure to deal with.

Pancho Villa, the Pomeranian Mix who joined me when he was a young pup, has not always been a strong healthy dog. Fortunately, I signed up for Embrace Pet Insurance shortly after Pancho came to live with me. Six short years later, my dog was diagnosed with Cushing's Disease and Rheumatic Arthritis. The Vet bills and prescription medications have been costly and ongoing. Now, Pancho is 10 and looks and acts like a healthy dog, even though he is taking Vetoryl and Leflunomide. Embrace Pet Insurance gave my Vet and me the time to workout the proper drug cocktail for Pancho so that he could live a near normal life. Excellent service...had peace of mind knowing that my girls mast cell tumor removal would be covered. Very nice not to have to worry about it...Excellent turnaround time to be reimbursed.
