This company already charge us two times without our authorization ( 11 days apart - in the same month ) amount which later they could not find on our account. Charged for premium was paid before this charges so they know our card number.

I am very glad I have Nationwide Pet Insurance for my dog
we are very happy we decided to take pet insurance from Nationwide for our dog over a year ago and it has really helped a lot, claims are paid fast and easy to file the claims. Nationwide takes a lot of worry from us on paying the bill when we take Murphy to the veterinarian. We have no complaints with Nationwide

Representative rude, condescending, poor reflection of the company.
We had our minature Yorkie insured with Pets Best since our puppy was 11 months old (December 2017). We took our puppy in for routine checkup March 5, 2018 & Pets Best promptly covered the claim. On March 25, 2017, it was a whole different story. We took our puppy in for followup & he received his booster shots & dental checkup, along with discussing future wellness concerns. We never heard anything from Pets Best for almost 2 weeks. I called in and the Representative I spoke with said they needed to verify their concerns with the vet. Never heard anything more until I called in 7-10 days later. The Rep told me they haven't heard anything. I asked if they did a followup & she said no. When I asked what was the problem & what was needed, she said they needed to speak to the Vet and wanted our puppy's medical records from birth. When I questioned why & asked if that was required why wouldn't Pets Best request that before insuring our puppy. The Rep proceeded to attempt to dismiss my concerns and then raised her voice and attempted to speak over me when I was speaking. I told her she didn't have to speak to me in that manner & to lower her voice and also to keep in mind that I was paying over $73.00 per month, which is an extremely high premium for puppy insurance. In her raised voice, she said she appreciates that however that's not we are speaking about.. I told her, that's no way to speak to a customer because it is my insurance premiums that helps pay her salary. Finally, I told her just to cancel my policy. A week later, I received a reimbursement payment of $16.00. Pets Best supposedly prides themselves in bring such an outstanding company but they should be requesting any documents BEFORE actually collecting premiums on insuring a pet; not collecting 5 months of premiums at $73.00 per month ($360.00). Being Pets Best dropped the ball at the beginning by neglecting to request certain documents, they should be reimbursing all of my premiums, less the one claim they did cover. If I didn't do a followup Vet visit, I wonder how long Pets Best would have continued to collect premiums before hassling me and not covering my Vet visits. I would not recommend Pets Best to anyone. Very poor customer service!

Traumatic Injury
I joined Nationwide Pet insurance for my Search and Rescue K-9 I’m August 2017. In February 2018 she fell from a 30’ cliff and suffered traumatic injuries but survived. Her medical cost have been extensive and I couldn’t be happier with the plan coverage and ease of payment. Thank you Nationwide for being there for Opal and I.

Easiest claim process
We recently had to take our pup to an emergency vet which ended up costing a pretty penny! Luckily, I filed a claim online and within 2 weeks I had a check for almost the whole vet visit (Minus the deductible of course)! It was such an raspy process to file. It was also great to get email updates on where the claim was in the process. Overall, it made the situation much less stressful!

The best advice a friend gave to us was to get Pet Insurance.....so glad we did!
We have been very pleased with the Pet Insurance from Nationwide for our Cavachon, Sammy! He fractured his carnassial tooth which has 3 roots in it so he will need 3 root canals done. The entire procedure would have been very expensive but thanks to our Nationwide pet insurance it is affordable and we could save that important tooth for him!!!!!!

Embrace has helped so much.
Have been with Embrace for years, have never had a problem. But just recently my dog had to have many test which led to surgery. The vet bills are over 5000.00, so far Embrace has been paying all my claims. I would highly recommend them.

great service
I was reluctant at first to try pet insurance but read reviews and at 2 different office visits saw information and asked about it. The positive feedback sold me. The great service keeps me signed on!

I have the very best insurance for our loved one.
Nationwide is one of the very best insurance protection products you can have for your pet. Our love one, Guy, is very well taken care of by Nationwide.I have never had problems with Nationwide paying any claim. especially with the electronic payment, they pay very quickly....
