Purrfect
We first selected Healthy Paws due to the great reviews and the great coverage provided to AAA members. We have an older cat who has had some serious health issues. Healthy Paws has consistently provided quick service on claims including e-mails keeping us informed throughout the process. Whenever we call Healthy Paws, we always get a human and everyone with whom we have dealt has been helpful and friendly. We are very pleased customers.

Best Idea Ever To Invest in Pet Insurance! Easy to submit claims and ASPCA truly cares about your pet.
My poor Pomeranian puppy was diagnosed with luxating patella in both knees. We decided to undergo the surgery and much to my surprise Riesling was mostly covered by ASPCA. It was so reassuring to know that they had our back in time of need. Submitting claims were easy via the App and I got reimbursed through direct deposit almost immediately. They even called to follow up 4 weeks post-surgery to see how Riesling was doing. Awesome customer service.

Quick response to my claims. Also when Harley had to have surgery, I called to confirm I would be covered and the gentleman calmed my nerves and said I was covered. Not to worry.

When I took my buddy,
When I took my buddy, Odin into the Vet. I was very concerned for his health, the last thing I need to add to that is the hassle of submitting claims or calling the Pet insurance company, so thankful that when dealing with Trupanion, this is all taken care of by my vet its painless and seamless. I didnt have to do anything and could totally focus on getting Odin healthy. Thank you
