Company very responsive and great to work with. Process easy and simple. I submitted my claim and received reimbursement in 3 days. It's the best experience I have had with pet insurance.

As in the past we are very happy with the way Murphy's claims are handled. Since he was diagnosed with Adison's Disease his health care has been one less thing that we must worry about.

Our last cocker, Bailey, had diabetes and we did everything we could to provide him with the best care possible. It was expensive. Trupanion not only shares in your love for your pet but they share in the expenses also. As long as I own a pet, I will own Trupanion Pet Insurance. No questions, no games, no surprises, NO fine print. They say what they mean and mean what they say.

With two Trupanion experiences during whar is a stressful time, they made things easy.Responsive and timely, we could not ask for better.

This was our first time making a claim and were very surprised with how quickly we received emails keeping us up to date and receiving the payment with a detailed explanation of benefits.

We have been with trupanion for over 6 years now and I've always had positive experiences in dealing with them when submitting claims. They are friendly and informative and process claims quickly and without any frustrating set backs. Their premiums may seem a little high but they are worth it. I made the poor choice of going with another popular Canadian pet insurance company for our second dog so I could have lower premiums and have experienced nothing but problems with this other company including unethical practices.

I purchased this insurance when our Miniature Schnauzer was a puppy. Then she was diagnosed as having a portosystemic shunt when she was about two years old. Ever since then, she has had to stay on a special dog food and take a medication daily (for about three years now). This insurance company has been wonderful, reimbursing me with 90% of the cost of the medication and ongoing blood work and urine tests. I am so glad I purchased this insurance!!!

I can't even begin to say how much my family and I love Trupanion! Our Cairn Terrier ingested mushrooms, and became very I'll - so sick we almost lost him. He was in an emergency clinic for over a week. Trupanion was with us every step of the way. They worked with the clinics on pre-approvals and stayed in touch with us to assure us everything on their end was ok. It was such a relief that we could just focus on our little boy and not worry about the financial side of it. I highly recommend Trupanion - hopefully you'll never have to use it, but if you do you'll be thankful you signed up for the coverage. Thanks to all the vets, techs and the coverage we had our boy is on his way to recovery....for that we will always be grateful! Thank you!!!

It was difficult to decide which pet insurance to go with as it seemed confusing with what each one offered, but decided on Trupanion when I called them to explain their service and was so kind and informative. That was for years ago and flash forward now to my ten year old dog and she need surgery for a torn ACL Again the service representative was completely informative and kind. Extremely reassuring that everything will be okay and described that they would cover 90% of what was done. Including the meds, X-rays and blood work that was done when we brought her in initially to the vet. Even though we had to front the money because our vet doesn't take reimbursement from ins. companies, their turnaround time was awesome! Thank you Trupanion for everything!
