Excellent response time and coverage
TruPanion was quick to do a pre-auth for my claim and outline what was not covered and why. Most of my costs were covered and the refund cheque came in the mail within one week. Overall a great experience, very happy I chose TruPanion.

incredibly smooth. Excellent customer service. Only negative is that your percentage of coverage does NOT include taxes. I pay for 90% coverage, but in ontario, with 13% taxes, Im actually only getting 77% give or take
