12 too late
I picked up my 8 week old puppy on Saturday and call to active on Monday morning! Since i didnt call within 24 hours they would not give me free 30 days, or the deal from my breeder! Then i ask to wave the activation fee and they wouldn’t. I am really thinking of looking for other insurance! Not happy with the customer service not to honor this. Its hard getting a new puppy! I plan on keeping insurance thru out the life of my puppy or I wouldn’t have called in the first place less than 48 hours later.

I have grumbled a bit in the past about some increases in rates but that was before I actually needed the insurance.
I have grumbled a bit in the past about some increases in rates, but that was before I actually needed the insurance. When your pet gets sick and you want to provide them with the care they need having insurance is such a comfort. In all my dealings with Trupanion over the years they are extremely responsive and helpful in any way they can be. My vet does direct billings, claims and pre approvals are processed very quickly. Certainly recommend.
