We just enrolled a new puppy and it cost us $187 a month for him when we first started with Trupanion I feel your rates were very fair but now they are extremely high.
We just enrolled a new puppy and it cost us $187 a month for him, when we first started with Trupanion I feel your rates were very fair but now they are extremely high. What cost us for 1 dog now used to be what we paid for 2 of them and we have 4 dogs covered by you guys and now will be paying over 500 a month. I used to recommend all my friends and family but now I'm not so sure that most people can afford such a high rate. You guys have been wonderful and easy when it comes to claims but your prices have gone up way to much for me to recommend you.

I don’t know what we would have done without Healthy Paws pet insurance this year. We adopted our dog Sting just over a year ago and I didn’t even know pet insurance was a thing until I saw that it was offered as part of my benefits plan at work. Not knowing what to expect I thought we’d give it a try for awhile, probably never need it but better safe than sorry. I am so glad that we did, just a few weeks ago we were told that our pup needed a pricey surgery. It has more than paid for itself and the peace of mind I have knowing that if something unexpected happens I can file a claim in seconds, receive a response in days & reimbursement in less than a week is worth the monthly fee! Plus they reached out to check on Sting and make sure he was recovering well, it melted my heart!

I am Very Pleased with How Pet's Best Handled My Claim
My dog sustained an injury that caused her to fall, and then lose the ability to walk within a week. She had to have surgery to fix the bulging disc, which was the reason she had lost the ability to walk. The surgery was very expensive. PetsBest reimbursed me for the eligible expenses. I am very pleased with them. I have been with them for over a year and plan to continue coverage.
