Terrible
They were fine when they were under President's Choice but they are terrible now. They overbill you, lie to you, refuse to reimburse you, have terrible customer service. Read the reviews all over the internet, this company is interested in one thing only: taking every cent they can get from you.

Customer service is great, however the coverage was horrible. I end up still paying a lot for my pet's medical expenses. Many of the charges weren't covered. I am not too happy about it. I pay 65 dollars a month and have been paying for at least 4 years now. That equals to 3,120 dollars or so approximately. I think I will soon to cancel the policy and just put the premium away for emergency fund.

Fair prices.
Fair prices. I like the policy terms (lifetime deductible for ailments and no tacked on premium expenses for "normal" and expected vet costs - I like that I'm paying for catastrophic only, rather than having to pay a higher premium for expenses I already knew I would incur) Also, every time I call I talk to a real human who answers my questions without reading off a script.
