Pets Best is a great pet insurance company, I couldn’t be happier with them.
Unfortunately my puppy has had some health issues these past few months. My policy with Pets Best is the greatest. I picked the plan that was good for me and I am so glad that I did. I can’t recommend them enough.

Well this is a new relationship.
Well this is a new relationship. More importantly, there was a disagreement with the manner of the waiting period. I have no issue with the waiting period but it makes no sense to charge a monthly premium and administrative fee if there is no coverage. The charge should start with the end of the waiting period. A premium is for coverage. If there is no coverage there should be no premium.

I think since my pup is having her teeth pulled spaying should be considered.
I think since my pup is having her teeth pulled, spaying should be considered. It should be part of a plan. I pay more than other people I know and their insurance covers this. I should have done more comparing but, my vet recommended this. I’m disappointed. But, on a different note Rhyse was very professional and helpful. Pleasant.

My only problem is that I'm paying a lot each month and it seems that any time my pet has a problem if it's a new one the deductible starts all over again.
My only problem is that I'm paying a lot each month and it seems that any time my pet has a problem, if it's a new one, the deductible starts all over again. I'm afraid to drop thie insurance as she's now 11 years old and one never knows what the future has in store for her. I must mention that your representatives are top notch and warm and understanding which is another reason I'm sticking with you.
