Great service, but the prices are getting ridiculous
It pains me a bit to give Healthy Paws anything less than "10 paws" but the annual premium increases are becoming nothing but absurd. When I signed up in December 2017, my monthly payment was somewhere around $48 per month... fast forward only 4 years later and it's now going to be around $102 per month! They recently sent out an email essentially blaming it on one of their insurance underwriters, Westchester Fire Insurance Company, which sounds like an issue Healthy Paws needs to figure out... not mine. Beyond the cost, their customer service has been nothing but top notch. They're easy to work with and process claims incredibly quick. Their customer service team has always checked in on my pup to see how he's doing after a vet visit. If they can figure out their costs and stop the dramatic premium increases each year, they'd easily be "10 paws".

Embrace has been wonderful to work with on our pets insurance. Signing up is easy , they have price plans for every situation, customer service has been top notch. I had a 600.00 bill and they paid 52.00 because most of the service was not included. It took them over a month to finish with the claim and now its 7 days and I have yet to receive that 52.00 payment. I made the decision to hold back paying my monthly payment and on that 1st. day of being late I received 2 emails and then 3 day's latter I received a certified letter about me being late and what will happen if I did not pay. I felt like I was bullied. I pay 3 years of premiums on time. Im looking to go somewhere else.
