At this point, I am just signed up, so can't speak to what happens when you put a claim in, but the sign in process was easy and the payment/coverage options were laid out clearly.

Awesome reviews and great customer service. Natalie was awesome explaining coverage. I was disappointed that wellness was not covered and I didn't buy the video that was attached. I had always had that with all my other dogs and I feel it helps keep them healthy and prolongs good healthy lives. Great company and gives me a peace of mind when it comes to my girl Macy (Dog).

Disappointed and concerned.
Waste of money. Does not cover preventive problems. They should require and pay for a checkup every 6 months. This in the long run would save both parties alot of money. I'm a disabled veteran with a service dog though this would help me save money and protect him. I'd ben better off with a special savings account.

Useful when you get side swiped
Incredibly helpful in emergency situations. It's pay you back insurance mostly so know you'll recoup most of what you paid.. But you'll still have to put money out first... But knowing that I could make more compassionate decisions for my dog.
