The ease of enrollment was terrific. I would have preferred speaking with a representative first however, my vet highly recommended your service so I trusted the process. my vet is Clinique veterninaire Eardley in Gatineau Quebec.

Very friendly to talk too. Vet bills are very expensive. None of us owners ever expect to have to use trupanion, however as a senior every penny helps.

Because the cost is to high I have a 1000.
Because the cost is to high, I have a 1000.00 deductible I would like to have is a 500.00 deductible but the person I spoke too stated that I couldn’t make the change.

I was very surprised that they did not cover any of jasmine's hospital stay and had such a high deductable.the pamphlet is misleading when it states it will pay 90%

Drama free
submitting claims is easy and drama free. The only reason I don't give a 10 is because of the $500 deductible PER CONDITION per year...that's a bit much.

My Corgi gives Healthy Paws 5-stars
I signed up for Healthy Paws the day I brought my Corgi puppy home - 9 years later I count my blessings I signed up for pet insurance. Healthy Paws has saved me thousands of dollars - from ACL tears, to a burst disc, upset tummies and eye scratches. While the monthly cost can sometimes be a burden, knowing I don't have to make a decision on his health based on finances makes it worth it. After submitting the claim, they always reimburse me very quickly!

At this point, I am just signed up, so can't speak to what happens when you put a claim in, but the sign in process was easy and the payment/coverage options were laid out clearly.
