Simple, reasonably priced, honest in what you advertise. Both times I've called I have gotten straight through to a representative - who could answer my question(s).

Our relationship with Trupanion has been excellent.
Our relationship with Trupanion has been excellent. Belle has had urinary and bowel issues from the time she was three months of age. She is now a beautiful four and half years of age cavalier spaniel. Without your help, she would not have made it past her first birthday. You have helped keep her healthy and have never turned down a request no matter the cost. Without you, we may have lost her. The cost of the insurance is minimal and provides much. I have also appreciated the support when in actual communication with Trupanion representatives. I always get the feeling that there is a genuine desire to help and support for me and my situation. I have never heard "we can't do it."

Best decision I made was to sign up when We 1st brought GG home as a puppy. She later developed seizures. Having Trupanion insurance has allowed us to provide first class care for her allowing us to keep her happy and healthy for these last 10 years.

I have submitted two claims for two surgeries my Shih Tzu has had in the past year and Trupanion was a wonderful company to work with. I submitted a predetermination claim for the estimated procedures from the vet so I knew up front if surgeries would be covered. After the surgeries, I submitted actual claims via email and both claims were paid promptly (within a few days each time). I would recommend Trupanion to anyone who wants to carry insurance on their pet. I will say I have found premiums have increased a couple of time since I acquired it in 2018 but I guess that is to be expected. I still feel it has been well worth the cost.

I'm not happy at all with the monthly increase in premiums.
I'm not happy at all with the monthly increase in premiums. I am a senior citizen on a fixed income and this much of an increase seems unwarranted. I would not complain about a 10% increase but am no happy about an approx. 17% increase seems almost unreasonable. Being a senior citizen on a fixed income additionally makes this not seem fair.

Healthy Paws is the best!
Our 2 year old French Bulldog, Lucy, has had a tough 2020-2021 Winter, - hospitalized for aspiration pneumonia, then brachycephalic surgery and an endoscopy. It's been very nerve-wracking and worrisome for us as her owners! Fortunately we have her covered by Healthy Paws and so the financial aspect of the mounting veterinary bills was one thing we did not have to worry about. I can't say enough good things about Healthy Paws!! Their website is very easy to navigate and claims are processed efficiently and checks sent quickly. I have complete confidence in Healthy Paws and highly recommend them to any pet owner!

Our highly energetic puppy Balto suddenly got very sick and began throwing up everyday. After seeing he threw up blood, we immediately rushed him into the ER-VET where they ran a series of blood tests and diagnostics then put him on medication. After the 10 days he was still vomiting, so he needed an ultrasound. Luckily - It turned out to be something he ate in the yard and wasn't anything serious. He is live and well today. On top of the stress of worrying, we faced large unexpected vet bills each time. Pets Best reimbursed us 90% of the fees in just a matter of weeks. It was a wonderful, top rated experience. It was so easy to file a claim off my own phone and received full reimbursement in direct deposit in no time.
