It’s not very easy to maneuver through the website for me
I like that MetLife has a dog insurance. It’s hard to maneuver through the website for me. I wish the deductible was not so high, especially when I have two dogs.

The experience has been fine
The experience has been fine. However I was just quoted policies for both dogs at significantly less cost, and instead of a $3000 maximum annual benefit, it is for $20k on each dog.

They raise my rates a lot every year
They raise my rates a lot every year. It seems like if I use it at all one year they raise it enough to cover the cost of following year. It’s bullshit.

Dental pain relief
I was fortunate to not need the insurance after purchasing it for a few years. But when my girl Lacey ended up with dental fracture injuries PetsBest processed my claims quickly - even reaching out to my vet for records. All applicable charges for visit and surgery were taken care of and I received payment based on my policy terms. Highly recommend PetsBest !!
