The best option by far
After using a few other pet insurance companies and having less than ideal experiences, I can confidently say that Prudent Pet far exceeds the low bar I had set for expectations. First, they’re affordable! The coverage is excellent for the price I pay. They’ve covered things I didn’t think would be covered. The claims submission process is easy, and the turnaround on re-payment is just days most of the time. Other insurers I’ve dealt with I’ve had to wait weeks or even months to be reimbursed! Most importantly, a human actually answers the phone when you call and everyone I’ve dealt with there over the past few years has been so pleasant and so kind no matter the question or issue. I really can’t say enough good things and as a dog owner for the last twenty years, I recommend them to everyone.

SPOT DOES NOT HONOR IT'S POLICIES!
I've had this insurance for THREE years now and NOT ONE TIME did I get reimbursed for ANY of my dog's claims or wellness visits. I was told that I needed to upgrade my policy to a plan that automatically reimbursed Wellness checks. Well, just over 2 weeks after I upgraded the policy my dog got a wellness check and RIGHT NOW they're coming up with every excuse possible NOT to pay out three invoice for that Wellness Check! I strongly suggest finding any other pet insurance that ISN'T SPOT.

Trupanion Pet Insurance for a pet emergency equals peace of mind
I was so upset and distressed when I had an emergency with my 2 year old dog, Poppy. Everything turned out well thankfully and having Trupanion was a blessing , as the cost for overnight stays with emergency healthcare is so expensive. I highly recommend Trupanion.

Prices were affordable for amount of coverage and the additional coverages were comparable to all other insurers. Excellent communication and explanations. Already provided reimbursement for wellness visit for two dogs. Quite pleased so far.

So Glad I have Pets Pest!
Pets Best is GREAT! I dont know what I would have done without their coverage. They have covered all of my dog's illnesses since we signed up when Kobe was just a baby. From sick vet visits, surgery and even rehab, its never a problem. I am also so grateful that their submission and reimbursement process is so easy. I wish so many other things in my life were this easy. Please continue doing all the great things you do!
