Not great but got the job done.
The hospital had trouble confirming coverage from Trupanion and my cat's emergency procedure was delayed because of this. It ended up getting resolved after his procedure. I had to sign up for a credit card to cover the down payment which was not ideal for me. I'm glad it was eventually resolved but the whole ordeal added to an already stressful situation.

I have two dogs and I probably would have been better off to just put money aside monthly. Between my monthly fee plus the deductible and the nickel and dime break down I’m only getting about a 10% return on investment.

Trying to Solve Molly’s Allergies
Molly had to go to an allergist as she has had (and you have paid) numerous ear infections and itchiness. Claim turnaround time was incredible. I don’t even know if it took 24 hours! When you’re paying out over $1500 it so reassuring to have it looked after quickly. We’ve had Molly insured with you for three years and your service just gets better and better ??.

Very responsive and very quick reimbursement. Great company to work with. My cat has insulin resistant diabetes and Trupanion has covered all the medication and testing. I am retired on a fixed income and without Trupanion I would not be able to afford the care for my cat.
