Lenghty Processes Overall
Filing claims is extremely lengthy for one. Two, before I ever filed a claim, somehow another customer filed a claim on my policy to which I had to wait on the phone for 45 minutes to resolve the issue. Very unprofessional overall and not worth the $$.

We loveeeee Spot
We loveeeee Spot! We have two out of four dogs with Spot insurance and can’t be more pleased with how easy and quick everything works. I have a dog being investigated for major issues and is currently diagnosed with diabetes. I can not be more grateful for Spot allowing us to cover my babies needs. I would like to 10 star Spot :). Total Lack of Transparency
In my recent review, I stated that Trupanion WILL NOT share the data that they use to raise premiums. They responded to me that "We conduct regular evaluations of our pricing alongside broad trends and changes in veterinary medicine. This evaluation considers things such as the fluctuating costs of veterinary care due to inflation, and the increased use of better technology in the industry to get pets the help they need." It goes on to say that if I would like more information to contact them. Yes, I would like to see the data they use to support their 30% annual increases. If they have this information and use it to justify significantly large increases, WHY DO THEY CHOOSE NOT TO SHARE IT? Why are they not transparent? Makes you wonder, right?
