A total scam
A total scam! I got my dog from the start pet insurance with this people. Never miss a payment and never made a claim. Yet this people keep asking for more monthly payments. We when from $40, $80, $120 to $380 when he turn 11 years. They will keep asking for more money while your pet get older to push out and cancel. Save your money and find other options or just save your money and pay cash if you can.

Wish I had cancelled within the 30 day period...
I had signed up for Fetch because it says under the basic coverage that they cover annual check ups, as well as neutering. When I submitted my claim, it was denied. Be sure to read the policy carefully because after signing up, I was offered something for an outrageous amount ontop of the $300 I had initially paid.

Insurance not paying enough
I pay alot for my pet's care and it just seems like it isn't worth having insurance if they are only going to pay so little

Better for emergency services
The claim was quick which I appreciated. I am disappointed at how little they pay for spays though. I thought it was more than 150. I don't know of any place where it would that cheap. I feel like I could take the money that I'm paying for the additional benefits and save it and pay more for things that pay for the best wellness portion. The coverage for emergencies I find is very important though.

Explored policy coverage changes
We contacted the company to change the limits of our policy (coverage amount, deductible amount and reimbursement rate) to make the policy more affordable for us now that we are retired. I would like to suggest higher annual coverage amounts if you do not select 'unlimited' coverage but would like an option greater than $25K. Perhaps $50K. Outstanding customer service from the representative from Fetch.

I’ve had Embrace pet insurance for a…
I’ve had Embrace pet insurance for a few years now and the reimbursement time was really good after all information was gathered. I had to downgrade to a lesser level due to my financial circumstances. The customer service agent was very helpful in helping me choose plus he explained the alternate process so my kitties wouldn’t have to go uninsured. I really appreciate that.

Winnie's Care
It's a very long story. But ultimately, my two year old puppy was diagnosed with lymphoma. My fiance and I were devastated.. She's currently being treated with chemotherapy and is handling it well. We pray every day that her treatment will be effective. And her remission will last far longer than we have been told. Ultimately, we would have treated Winnie regardless, but Pet's Best coverage has helped us with one less thing to the stress about.
