It’s been a pleasure.

I chose Sonnet because of their Trust Pilot reviews/ rating. 👍🏼 I just signed up and transitioned yesterday. The few chat/ phone reps I’ve spoken to have all been amazing. 😃 Sonnet even included more for $10 less than what I was paying. They also have chat/phone support after 8pm which I’m not used to. The process has been seamless!

STAY AWAY FROM HEALTHY PAWS!

I have senior dogs who have been with Healthy Paws since they were puppies and we were just notified that our rates are increasing by over 400%. Healthy Paws is doing this to all senior pets now, they're trying to get rid of them. It's sadistic. They're now owned by the insurance company Chubb and Chubb ONLY cares about making money, they care nothing about our pets or the promises Healthy Paws made to us when we first opened our policies. Not only are our premiums increasing by over 400%, but they're reducing our reimbursements from 90% to 70% and raising our deductible. Please join the Facebook group called "Senior Pets Priced Out By Healthy Paws" and do a Google search for the dozens and dozens of Reddit threads that so many folks are writing about the BS that Healthy Paws/Chubb is currently trying to pull. It's absolutely horrifying. My monthly premiums are going from the $300's to the $1200's. PER MONTH. Even ChatGPT took a few tries to understand this when I was running my new premium scenarios through it- it kept thinking I meant $1200 per YEAR. This is completely criminal behavior. And don't believe all the fake positive reviews that all these new fake accounts are leaving on TrustPilot- FAKE, FAKE, FAKE. Senior pets are getting royally screwed over by Healthy Paws and Healthy Paws/Chubb COULD NOT CARE LESS. They want to get rid of us. It's so sad because they used to be such a decent company. :(

Great value

Ive been checking around for company's offering more coverage for less then what I was currently paying. Nationwide was the company that kept coming up and coming up big for savings on pet insurance. Look into nationwide it just might be right for you aswel.

I won't know until I actually USE the insurnce. I hope I don't need to use the coverage. I do think it is expensive, but I guess that is everything and people should just work until they die to pay for a decen tlive

Excellent customer service specially when I had an accident claim. One thing not happy with is the yearly significant rate increase even though had not accident claims for past 7 years as a customer with Sonnet

One of the if not THE BEST Insurance companies!

I’ve been with Sonnet Insurance for several years now, and my experience has consistently been excellent. Getting a quote was fast, fully online, and at the time it was the best rate compared to other providers. Their platform is simple and accessible, and having all my policy documents available online meant I almost never had to call in for anything. The true test of any insurer is when you have to make a claim, and Sonnet proved themselves during the August 2024 Calgary hailstorm. They arranged an inspection within two weeks and used modern technology like drone scanning to capture detailed photos, measurements, and assessments of the damage. The report they generated was thorough and transparent, and they clearly walked me through the reimbursement options. What impressed me most was the speed afterward — once I accepted the settlement option, the funds were e-transferred to me on the same day. That level of efficiency and customer service is rare in the insurance industry. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with Sonnet Insurance and would highly recommend them for their convenience, transparency, and exceptional claims handling.

Repeated Bouts of Pneumonia

I am constantly recommending Pets Best to my friends and family who are pet owners or are considering becoming pet owners. Nearly eight months ago, I had to rush my dog to the emergency room because he was struggling to breathe. He was diagnosed with aspiration pneumonia and had to stay in the hospital for several nights before being sent home with antibiotics. A few days after the antibiotics ran out, he again started coughing and struggling to breathe and ended up back in the emergency room and hospital for a few more nights. This cycle repeated a third time before we found out he has Irritable Bowel Disease which was causing him to regurgitate. He was apparently inhaling some of his regurgitation at times, causing him to repeatedly get pneumonia. We're finally getting to the other side of things as we continue to consult with our regular vet and an internal medicine specialist, but we wouldn't have gotten this far without Pets Best. The bills for all of this treatment have been astronomical, but Pets Best covered our costs as outlined in our plan with no hassle or questions asked. It has been one of the best experiences I've had with any company and absolutely saved my dog's life.
