Embrace saved my dogs life. Just two days before getting his final set of shots my dog got Parvo. Spent 3 days at the pet hospital. If I did not have them I would not have been able to pay for my dogs treatment. Covered over $6,000 for me at 80% coverage. Also, they tell you up to 30 days, but it took less than 5 days for my claim to be approved.

A must have for pet parents
I've had metlife for about 9 years or so now, back when it was petfirst, they have always had reasonable prices and great coverage. I also love you can build the policy to meet your needs also filing claims is super easy and getting reimbursed is super fast. I also love their customer service agents who are helpful and address any concerns you may have.

My premium increased 215% in 3 years - bait and switch!
I am SO disappointed at how much premiums have increased. It feels like a complete bait and switch. Beginning November 1, I will be spending nearly $5500 per year and that's WITH a deductible. Insane! I began my same policy in 2022 and I was paying $1750 per year on premiums. Beginning November 1, I will be paying $5500 - that's with a decrease of a measley $50 in deductible. I can no longer afford these payments. Have no choice but to discontinue my policy with MetLife.

If you love your pet, Get Metlife for their health
We love Met Life pet insurance because they cover most all Vet charges & Metlife is expedient in getting our claim reviewed & paid. Veterinary visits are very expensive so this makes us more welling to take our pet to the vet to keep her healthy for a long time. All our experiences with Metlife pet insurance has been very favorable. We would highly recommend Metlife to everyone.

I was always skeptical about pet insurance, until I needed it. I’m so incredibly grateful that I have the insurance. My dog got very ill and I’ve had to spend minimal on finding solutions because of the reimbursement we get back.

Best Pet Insurance EVER
I have had such a great experience with Pets Best. My doggie is 15 years old and has had so many health problems this year. Pets Best has been the silver lining. I never thought that they would cover so much with no questions asked and no nickel and dining me over every little thing like all of the other companies I used did. We had 2 or 3 other pet insurances for my boy over the years, and nothing compares. Some of them play this game like, Oh, we will cover 90% of what you pay, but then you find out it's really 90% of what they consider a "reasonable" cost, which is never what the going rate is. Guess what? None of that garbage with Pets Best. It honestly has been exactly what I would want and expect from a pet insurance company. I couldn't think of anything I would change. Thank you, Pets Best, for helping me and my pup so much.

Not good
Had PetsBest for one year. Filed first claim regarding fracture tooth and my pup needed to have extraction due to infection. They raised the monthly rate and denied claim! I called and CANCELLED. They don't follow their own coverage.
