Great Customer Service
Fetch offers great value for your money. Justin was incredibly helpful and informative. He provided his number and I was able to call him back directly when we were ready to begin our coverage.

I can’t say enough good things about…
I can’t say enough good things about Healthy Paws! From the start, the entire process has been incredibly smooth and stress-free. Submitting a claim is super easy — you just snap a photo of the vet bill and upload it through their app or website. It literally takes less than a minute. What impressed me most was how quickly they process claims. I’ve had multiple instances where I received reimbursement within a few days of submitting — sometimes even faster. It gives me so much peace of mind knowing that not only is my pet covered, but that I won’t be waiting weeks to get reimbursed. Customer service is also top-notch. They’ve always been responsive and compassionate whenever I’ve had questions. Healthy Paws truly feels like a company that cares about pets and pet parents. If you’re on the fence about pet insurance, I highly recommend Healthy Paws. They’ve saved me thousands in vet bills and made the process painless every step of the way.

Love MetLife
Love MetLife, I'm so happy I purchased it when I bought my dog Fenway last October. I bought another puppy in August and got insurance for her also. Unfortunately I lost my 13 year old Puggle also in August. It cost over $2000 for that last evening of her life in the ER. Pet insurance wasn't a thing then. Every time I get a check, I'm amazed!

So far they have barely covered anything. Not at all what I had expected. Will cancel subscription if the required surgery for my dog is also denied

I can relax knowing Fetch has my back
While I don't revel in the premium increases (who does?), I certainly understand why. I never really needed the policies while my dogs were younger. That being said, I sure need them now! Great customer service, document submission is painless and I love the quick reimbursement. You also get discount and promo offers for other companies. And, some companies offer discounts for Fetch. I don't know how the other pet Insurance companies are but Fetch is terrific.

Pumpkin Pet Insurance rocks!
I am so grateful for Pumpkin Pet Insurance -- the choice of various deductibles and the amount of coverage was really great -- I really felt like I could create the coverage that is right for me and my three cats. My cats range in age from 10 to 14 years old, two of whom were adult rescues, and normally I would expect the premiums to be very high, yet my payments are absolutely affordable. And that's just the beginning. My guys are generally in good health, but the oldest one needed a dental procedure that was quite expensive and was approved and paid quickly and painlessly. I love my cats but honestly I would have hesitated before spending that much money on a procedure that no prior cat has needed. Pet health insurance has traditionally been extremely expensive and the coverage has been limited and payments have been slow and contentious. I'm so glad I listened to my friends who told me that pet health insurance has become much better, but honestly I never would have guessed that my experience would be *this* good. I am so grateful and so is my little guy Buddy. He is so much happier without his icky teeth.

Premium renewals doubled in one year
They are fairly swift at reimbursing claims. What bothered me was that they increased my premium by almost $100. I called to let them know that this was highly inappropriate business. The representative was not helpful. I’m asked to speak to someone else. The most they were willing to do is deduct $25 and the coverage would go from 90%/10% 80%/20%. I dread what will happen at this year’s renewal.

Better off self-insuring
Slow, covered half of procedure. Better off self-insuring given premiums to benefit.

It’s hard getting insurance for your…
It’s hard getting insurance for your older dog when another insurance company cancels for no reason. And then the new one won’t cover anything that he had in his whole lifetime. Even if it’s been over a year since he was treated. I feel like with older dogs it’s just hard to get good coverage. I pay a lot to insure him and they find anything way they can to NOT cover the service.
