Pet insurance that works
It was my first time using pet insurance for my pet’s wellness checkup. Submitting a claim was smooth and the process of getting my reimbursement was smooth and a quick process. I highly recommend getting any insurance for your pet if you’re able to afford to, and Spot is at the top of my list of said recommendations!

Website is easy to navigate - Claims are being denied
Website is easy to navigate. Unfortunately, most of my claims are being denied because of so called pre-existing conditions. It would be nice to know what conditions, if any, will be covered going forward. Based upon my experience to date, I am paying a lot in premiums and getting almost nothing back on my claims. We need Obamacare for pets!

Don't know as I sent in claims. We'll see. Not crazy about having to get claims in with in a year even as you're still working on dog issue. I'm still paying so why not take care of claim. I've paid for it.

We enrolled a month ago and cancelled after 28 days
We enrolled a month ago, and we cancelled our policy 3 days ago. Pls pls read the fine print. They don't reimburse 80% as they promised in the quote.

I am very happy with Spot insurance. My cat became very sick unexpectedly. Her bill was pretty high. I can appreciate the refund from Spot. This insurance is worth having.
