couldn't have saved 2 of my cats without this coverage. (actual vet service not covered; 90% of everything else is); reasonable prices that purchaser controls by adding or deleting services (like how much deductible is wanted, etc,); turn around time for reimbursement extremely fast (can have reimbursement directly deposited into checking account); customer service friendly and complete; my vet mentioned she liked this coverage (many plans within it). Very responsive customer service
I've been extremely happy with Healthy Paws. My dog had a chronic injury that required physical therapy (though fortunately not surgery) and Healthy Paws made it possible to deal with the issue as soon as possible, rather than waiting and possibly allowing the injury to get worse. My only complaint is that the deductible is calculated at a discounted rate equal to your reimbursement rate, which wasn't clear to me when I signed up. Even so, the insurance has more than paid for itself and been extremely easy to use, even after moving across the country and changing vets several times.

Major Price hike
I have always been happy with nationwide pet insurance. My chief concern with this insurance is that my payment is currently $45 a month and I just received notice that I’m being increased to $70 a month. My policy is up for renewal in January and that seems steep for 3 1/2 -year-old toy golden doodle weighing in at 12 pounds. My dog has IBD, but with her medication she seems healthier. Unsure of what to do upon my renewal. I am a loyal customer & was shocked by this hefty increase in the cost of my pet insurance.

Nationwide is the best!
I took insurance out on my kitten with the thought that “if” something should happen, never expecting it would..but Rocky got hurt and it cost me a lot, but Nationwide was there and covered most of the expenses..I’m so grateful that Rocky is a healthy happy crazy kitten again, and I’m grateful to Nationwide for offering me a policy that I could afford and for standing behind that policy! I can’t say enough about your staff and your company! I tell everyone about Nationwide!
