Denied claim when dog was injured
I love my dog and always want to be able to do all i can for her. She is 6 years old and healthy, but plays hard so i took out one of Petsbest's most expensive plans to make sure she would be well covered. She tried to jump a fence chasing a squirrel and ended up falling and injuring her back. I took her to the vet where a few x rays were taken and we decided to rest her and see if she improved. Petsbest denied all coverage for this claim. If I'm paying for accident coverage, my dog has an accident and gets hurt and they won't cover it, then what good is paying them to insure her?

Great pet insurance!!
I would recommend anyone that has a dog or cat get this pet insurance. Just one visit to the vet can be very costly and Nationwide pays 90%. Even with the monthly premium you can't beat their coverage. They cover everything!

Best thing I ever did
The best thing I ever did owning big dogs was to get insurance for them. I don't fear the expense of getting them care when needed. It is fast and easy to submit.

too expensive for what is offered/covered.
I believe the service has become too expensive for what is offered/covered. It's more than doubled since the start of the policy and it doesn't cover any basic care

Enrolling my kitties with Embrace- Best decision !
So happy I've got my kitties enrolled with Embrace years ago . For most if their lives we didn't have any health issues but in the last couple of year things have changed. We dealt with cancer and kidney failure. Thankfully there are life saving treatments available and thank God we had Embrace to cover the costs. They've been great : premiums are very decent and they have an excellent coverage. Policies are very easy to understand and we never had a bad surprise when submitting the claim. It's easy to submit them. Processing time is very short, same as the payment. The website is great, you can follow the progress of the claim. All together EXCELLENT . Very happy with them. Highly recommended
