Super easy and fair
Easy to use and quick to get payment, my dog had emergancy surgery and couldn’t of been happier with the speed and ease at which I could make a claim. Once you make your first claim you can create and send a claim in less than 30 seconds. Always fast with payment and fair when making a claim. Easy to contact on the phone and helpful. Was shocked at how fair the insurance was have zero complaints. Would highly recommend.

only thing I can say is that our premiums have increased significantly since our pup was enrolled. Claim is that it does not increase with age... but I question this! otherwise very happy with the direct payment to any care facility. our little girl has required extensive medical needs in the last 4 months and we are extremely happy with this insurance coverage.

Happy with reimbursement
I had a recent vet bill and was happy that I was reimbursed for the amount stated in the policy. I needed this since I have 3 cats and would not want to incur all the costs if not for having this insurance, I would have had to pay the full amount without reimbursement, I am glad I decided to buy this years ago.

Very satisfied with claims
My dog Gracie had a mass growing on her leg. She needed blood tests, surgery, and a biopsy of her mass. The cost of everything was around $1200. Pets best reimbursed me $780. Very satisfied. Easy to submit a claim and was reimbursed within 2 days!
