Having this Pet insurance has saved us financially as well as saving our Pets life!

I feel that if we didn't have this pet insurance we wouldn't have been able to afford the care that our Pet Winnie needed at the time. We had just lost two of our other pets within 3 months of each other and accumulated alot of bills due to thier illnesses and ultimate passing. Winnie became sick a week after our last pet passed and required a lengthy stay at the Hospital for almost a week. She is great and thriving and we are so grateful for having this coverage and making it so she could get the best treatment and care available!

Saved me so much money!

ASPCA health insurance is amazing! I’ve saved hundreds - maybe even thousands - of dollars. Coverage is great, the people are friendly, and I would highly recommend.

New policies are Worthless

I have 2 English Bulldogs w/2 different policies. Although I wish I could've started my 16 month old on the policy my 3 yr old is on, I couldn't. I selected what I thought was similar because it was the best, available, option when enrolling. Well, I just had a $1500 bill for neuter- not covered- & a few other procedures. My claim payment- $30! Only the exam was covered? Why- because of a 12 month policy wait period- not on my 3 yr old policy- & items considered Congenital when in fact we ALL know are Hereditary. But don't worry, there's a disclaimer that states the list isn't inclusive as well as the Congenital condition definition includes an 'inherited' note--- which wouldn't an 'inherited' trait be Heredity & NOT Congenital? But you've got that covered w/your contradicting definitions & disclaimers that I'm sure legal was brought in to confirm appropriate so you could rob people of 12 months worth of premium payments--- for NO coverage other than exams & vaccinations/heartworm/flea & tick (which are poisons) . I work for a Fortune 500 company that promotes NW for pet coverage & offers a discount. I truly hope I receive communications from NW to discuss.

We are big fans of Healthy Paws! Submitting claims is simple and they are reimbursed quickly. The peace of mind is priceless!!

We have two dogs, Spot (Labradoodle) and Speck (Schnoodle), and they have both been insured by Healthy Paws since 2013. Spot is now 13 and, as he has gotten older, he has had a number of conditions that required medical treatment and/or surgery. He has had arthritis in his back and hips for several years, and takes medication to improve his joint function and reduce pain. He had a malignant tumor in his mouth that required part of his jaw to be removed. And he's had a few other illnesses, minor injuries and benign growths that were treated over the years. Throughout it all, knowing Spot was covered by Healthy Paws gave us the financial peace of mind to just focus on keeping him well and happy!! Submitting claims is so easy - I can take a picture of the documents on my phone and upload them using the app. Healthy Paws works with our veterinarian to get any additional medical records needed, and claims are paid directly to my bank account within a week of being submitted. Very efficient!

So worth it!!!

I have been a customer of HealthyPaws for over 3 years, for both of my dogs. I am thankful for this insurance! I feed my dogs very healthy, clean diets and they are not overweight. They get so much love, exercise and are so happy. BUT, emergencies do occur. And for all of their emergencies, Healthy Paws has been there. ER is expensive...and medication can be too. Healthy Paws sent us a get well card for my Ryder when he was in ER 3 weeks ago. They sent multiple emails checking on him. AND they are so quick with claims processing, that, I received the check, in less than a week after submitting it!!!! I will be able to pay off my credit card bill before any interest accrues. I highly recommend them. The cost is affordable. I think you can choose from 3 payment plans. I spend about $35 per month per dog. AND I spend more than that for coffee each month! So, there is no excuse that you cannot afford it! Their lives are worth it!

Get with the program!

Routine checkups covered but after you hit $500 deductible first and any claims made become preexisting the following year. I wish you didn’t make it so hard or write off our fur babies after we pay our insurance dues. If preexisting no longer exists for people, why does it still for our pets?

I love the ease and efficiency of each claim

I love the ease and efficiency of each claim. The only way it could be better is if you covered the entire bill every time! Since that is not possible, I'm very happy with your company and plan to stay with you. Thanks so much and keep up the great work. I've also given your name to my vet to pass on to anyone that is looking for Pet Insurance.
