I have been singing your praises to everyone for making a difficult situation more bearable (and affordable) when it comes to taking care of my pup. It's very easy
It's very easy to submit claims, and I always get my money back quickly. It would have been a 10, but the premiums are very high, and just keep going up, so I hesitate to recommend pet insurance to most people.

My Dog had an intestinal block…
My Dog had an intestinal blockage and had to have emergency surgery, pets best covered the entire procedure, minus the deductible, and my portion of payment. Very pleased with process.

It's been decent
It's been decent coverage, aside from the need to appeal a major claim when my dog was younger. I wish there was an option to also pay for discounted regular/annual care that you could pay for in advance.
