Trupanion is there for me
I have been paying for my dog, Cooper s insurance since he was 7 and his brother passed of cancer. Now that he is 10 and has developed diabetes, Trupanion is there for me. Well worth the long term investment.

I tell new pet owners
I tell new pet owners the dissatisfaction I had earlier this year when our premiums increased more than $50.00/month/dog. I have also told many pet owners how ridiculous your deductible policy is when you go from a zero deductible to a higher deductible how you are taking advantage of good standing customers and make them meet the new $$ deductible for existing conditions.

Would gladly recommend to others
Telephone representatives are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I've always had a wonderful experience whenever I've had to call Trupanion. Claims are paid on a timely basis, and I have never had to argue over which vet services are covered and which services do not qualify for payment. Additionally, premiums are never pro-rated based on my pets age, which has been an issue with other pet insurers. So, yes, I am very satisfied with their performance and would gladly recommend Trupanion to others.
