NW is one of the best companies I have ever dealt with although claims processing always takes a month, always.
I think this is one of the best companies I've ever dealt with but any claim I submit always takes a month almost to the day to process so it's like it goes into this queue and then when that date is due, it is processed. I don't know if this is for revenue/margin/operational accounting or some other reason, but it seems unless it's a complex claim some of these claims could be processed a lot faster (possibly a simple queue and then a complex queue.) It's not really a complaint (although it would be great to get my money faster) because again, I think this is a great company and anytime I've spoken to anyone, they have been super nice as well. I have recommended you to others.

Pet Insurance is WELL WORTH IT!
My rescue dog has had many health issues that arose as she's aged. I'm so thankful for our pet insurance from Nationwide as it's saved our dog Gypsy's life on multiple occasions! For those folks reticent about getting pet insurance, if you can afford it (even basic coverage), it's absolutely worth it!
