Pets Best helped make our dog well again,
We adopted Sona to be a companion to our family and other dog. She became sick about 4 months after we adopted her. Initially, a local vet thought she had Lyme disease and she was treated for this, but she did not improve and I knew something was very wrong. After seeing her deteriorate, I took her to MSPCA-Angell Animal Medical Center in Boston and it was there she was diagnosed with meningitis. I'd never heard of this condition in all my dog owning years. Through the care of her neurologist, she slowly got better. Had we not had Pet's Best Insurance, her outcome would have been different as we would have struggled to afford her care. She is now on medication to keep the condition in remission. We are so very grateful to Pet's Best for being our partners in making her well again.

Increase in premium
My monthly premium was increasing...again. I had to figure out how to bring it back down or find other insurance. She explained everything very well and then when she realized that I had moved. She mentioned that the price could change. In the end, the my monthly amount was cut in half (due to where I 'moved). So...good experience all around. :)

Healthy Paws saved my dog’s life
Getting Healthy Paws for my 2 dogs is the best pet parenting decision I’ve ever made. Their customer service is stellar, their coverage is comprehensive, and there has never been so much as a hiccup when processing my claims. I have paid about $80/month for my Great Dane since I got him at 6 months, plus the $200 annual deductible. He is now 1.5 years old, and Healthy Paws has readily reimbursed over $6,500 for his unforeseen medical issues. I can say with confidence that Healthy Paws has saved his life, by allowing him to be hospitalized at a top-tier veterinary school to receive life saving care. The peace of mind alone is worth it , to me — I am so relieved knowing that I can take my dogs to any vet at any time if I suspect something might be wrong. I will ALWAYS have Healthy Paws insurance for my dogs moving forward.

Nationwide pet insurance is hassle free and worth every penny.
I have 2 dogs and if I didn't have pet insurance I would have already spent thousands in healthcare for them out of pocket this year. I have the whole pet wellness plan and it covers everything from injuries to prevententive services. I submit my claims online and usually get paid within a week. Everything is so easy and hassle free. I could not be happier with this company.

We are so glad we got this policy. You never know what will happen to your pet and this policy gives us peace of mind about covering any unexpected expenses AS WELL AS THE WELLNESS POLICY. The deductible is prorated even if two similar but not exactly the same tumors. One operation. You owe more.
Not happy with the way the deductible is done. Other than that, it is good insurance.

Finally, a pet insurance company that covers things!
I've been incredibly happy with Nationwide so far! They have lots of plan options, I was able to choose a low deductible and get pet insurance for all 4 of my dogs! Even the seniors! Although it may only be accident coverage, it also covers annual wellness and vaccines! That's all better than nothing!

Nationwide is such a wonderful way to keep my pet healthy by making it affordable
First of all, I would have been very regretful if I hadn't signed up and paid Nationwide Pet insurance when We got a new puppy. 2 months later he vomited for hours and ended up in the emergency overnight with issues. I love that I am able to get reimbursed after my deductible to cover those very expensive ER visits. They have been great for us
