Pets Best is THE BEST!
Pets Best is the best pet insurance for my 3 year old AKC German Shepherd male dog! The coverage is good and claims are easy to file and if a refund is due the company explains clearly what IS or IS NOT covered and are fast in processing. My Shepherd began having seizures and all his blood work/MRI/ and current ongoing medications were/are covered under the plan I have after co pay if any is needed. I have used another pet insurance company with my other German Shepherds BUT I found Pets Best to be the BEST so for! :)

I was skeptical at first!! Our vet recommended insurance to us and said it was a good idea to do some research. I did the research, chose Nationwide, took the max coverage, and have regretted absolutely none of those decisions!!!

Continue to be impressed with Pets Best.
I continue to be impressed with Pets Best Insurance. Their claims process is so simple and quick. I had to take my kitty to the vet on an urgent basis and the bill was quite steep. Pets Best reimbursed me for nearly half of the cost. My kitty is back to 100% thankfully. I only wish my health insurance provider was a fraction as good as Pets Best!

my first claim was just for immunization and heart worm medication. We have a regular visit coming up in September . I look forward to the peace of mind this plan is giving me. Thankful I made the choice to get coverage as one never knows what the future holds and I love my pet!

Awesome insurance for ALL of our cats!
ASPCA health insurance for the cats continues to impress me. They are quick, the claims come in a timely fashion directly into my bank account. Their prices are extremely reasonable. They also do phone call follow ups occasionally which is very charming. We are all on the plan now, I just wish they also did health insurance for humans! Make America Pet Again!

Complete rip off
Have had the policy for over 12 years. Premiums more than doubled but when my dog needed emergency life saving surgery they covered 20%. Over the years they never covered more than 15-20% of any major procedure. No point of having insurance if they don’t cover a reasonable amount of legitimate claims.

I am so glad that I have NW Pet Insurance for my Laci. I also had it for my prior dog Lexi who passed away 5 years ago. I have been with Nationwide for almost 6 months. I really was a bit apprehensive as it was one of the most expensive coverage. so far I am really happy with it. it covers more things than any other insurance I know. I had one payment denied but I was offered a chance to provide explanation, and after that it was paid in full. My dog had some cyst problem and he had to go for second opinion, second set of sedation, X-rays and added a biopsy to that. Nationwide paid all of it as per agreement. Payments come pretty fast, I think within a month, so if you put it on a credit card, you have a chance to pay it off almost the same billing cycle.
