Painless as the vet s office
Painless, as the vet s office has been faxing my claims when I'm there. Also, I've found the turn around time to be very quick. Reimbursements are such a help as pets age and in need of medicines, or dental work.

Extremely disappointed
Extremely disappointed in numerous increase in monthly fees; these are apparently only reassessed on the anniversary of the policy but we have only been other the company 2.5 yrs and have had 4 increases.

Could not be more satisfied
I have 2 cats and one dog on Pets Best plans. I have had to use the plan a number of times and could not be more satisfied with the entire process. So easy to file a claim and get payment right into checking account all from home. We are overly satisfied with Pets Best and the efficient and timely manner in which claims are handled.

It has been a blessing for us to have Embrace pet insurance for Charlie because they have covered so many of his health need.
Charlie was adopted at 5 years of age and had been a very healthy dog to that point. We still took our insurance at a friend's suggestion. We have been so grateful that we have had it since he has had three leg tendon surgeries, developed diabetes and recently cataracts requiring surgery. In all cases we have received the financial support from the insurance to enable us to go ahead with Charlie's medical needs. He now sees just fine after going blind. What a joy for all of us.

Healthy Paws provides the best piece of mind!
Healthy Paws Insurance has been the biggest piece of mind! This pet insurance company is outstanding, and I have recommended it to all of my friends and family! Our dog Dolley has had some issues with allergies, and some high kidney levels, and Healthy Paws has been a breeze to work with. We take a picture on our phone of our bill, and Healthy Paws gets a check to us super quickly! We have never had an issue, and their customer service is outstanding. Thank you Healthy Paws for helping us to give our sweet Dolley the best possible vet care!

The best pet insurance you can get
There’s a reason Healthy Paws is rated highly in terms of customer service. My dog has been insured with Healthy Paws since 2014. First off, the premium did not increase for almost 5 years. This year was the first hike in the premium and it was only a few bucks more (trust me – the price is still very worth it for their customer service). My dog was diagnosed with a bladder infection and stones on December 1st with a scheduled surgery on December 4th. The claim was filed on December 5th and I received a reimbursement check in less than a week. The total for the surgery was $3,000 and the only documents they asked for was the health history of my dog. They even sent a follow up email to check up on her! Little things like that really make me appreciate Healthy Paws. Purrrfect customer service and quick to reimburse claims.
