I have such peace of mind with ASPCA insurance. While I'd rather not use it, knowing I have this insurance and that they will come through for me.

OUTSTANDING!!!
Never in my wildest dreams would I have expected Nationwide to pay for the majority of Montana's hospitalization, surgery and meds. I am so very happy that I took out this insurance plan for him. Never would I have believed that he would require surgery at such a young age (23 months). He is doing fantastic. I do have to watch him like a hawk so that he doesn't pick up anything in the yard especially deer or rabbit poop. That's what got him in so much trouble. Thank you again for a wonderful pet insurance.

I am very glad that I have insurance!
I had one very large claim for surgery that was processed quickly and checks were received quickly. Other claims for medication reimbursement seem to be processed more slowly, but are still paid. I have the Whole Health insurance plan and would recommend, though it is expensive. Well worth it if there is a large claim.

Tremendous Help During Stressful Time
Something told me to get some health insurance for my cat. I did and when I took her to the doctor a short while later for some lumps that developed, I was told that she needed surgery costing almost $1000. After surgery, the lump was biopsied and it was cancerous. I was shocked and afraid for her. I am so grateful that the cost of the surgery was covered (and any future things related to this). I am very happy with ASPCA Pet Insurance and recommend it to other pet parents!

Excellent customer service
I investigated several pet insurance companies before deciding on Embrace based upon their coverage and reasonable rates. However, the customer service really deserves special notice. My e-mail queries have all been answered (thoroughly) within a few hours, claims are quickly resolved once the paperwork as been received on their end, and phone conversations are professional, polite and caring. I was skeptical about per insurance as I'd heard mixed reviews (and some horror stories), bit my skepticism has been changed into that of a happy customer. Truthfully, it's comforting to have coverage with this company when one's pet is ill and/or recuperating. Thank you, Embrace!

Trupanion saved our lives!
My Irish Wolfhound was diagnosed with severe degenerative bone disease. He has bilateral elbow dysplasia, and subsequent osteoarthritis. Additionally, he is unable to take traditional medications and treatments for these diseases due to complications and severe life of threatening adverse reactions. He had his first symptoms 3 weeks after I signed him up for Trupanion, and there was no hesitation for coverage! Then by 6mos of age he had his first surgery and complications. And at 19mos he had his second surgery. He’s had multiple surgeries, multiple therapies (acupuncture, laser treatments), he’s had stem cell therapies, and recently had been fitted for orthotics. Trupanion is the reason he is still alive today! If not for them, his $80,000+ medical bills would NOT under any circumstances been possible to manage. I would have been forced to put him down, before his 2nd birthday. But, thanks to Trupanion and their remarkable coverage and assistance, my big guy celebrated his second birthday on Canada Day, has started walking a bit more, is in less pain, and now has an adequate quality of life. He is still improving by the week, and Trupanion makes that possible. I have thoroughly looked at other insurance plans in the past, have spoken to other pet owners about their insurance coverages, and weighed costs vs coverage. There is NO other insurance company that comes close to their coverages for their prices, no other that cares as much, no other that genuinely helps it’s customers, no other that actually makes a difference like Trupanion does. Don’t waste your time and money with any other company!! And do NOT leave your most important four legged members without coverage any less than what Trupanion can offer you, it’s not worth the risk, nor is it worth the potential to have to make a decision because of finances. Let Trupanion take that burden off you, I promise you, if you’re ever in the situation I was in, you’ll be so grateful you had Trupanion in your corner.

Savings for Elmo!
Elmo has always had periodontal issues, I have been so lucky to have nationwide pet insurance. I don't worry about taking him in for dental cleaning. His last visit required 2 extractions and those were covered as well. He receives care from a reputable vet here in town and I know that he's getting the best care because I have the best pet insurance.
