Very Good Service
ASPCA provides good service. Claims are processed fast and reinmbursed amounts are in line with plan. I wish the company would recognize long time and multiple pets insurances as the monthly payment is high.

Impressed with timeliness and professionalism
This is my first experience with pet insurance. I had been on the fence about purchasing it for several years. I wish I had purchased it through Pets Best sooner. It has been a totally easy and pleasant experience from deciding on my coverage options to submitting claims. I’ve even used the live chat with a vet one late night when my dog wasn’t feeling well. What a great service included with my policy! Overall I highly recommend this company.

Pets Best took the worry out of vet bills.
This year I turned in 3 claims on my 2 dogs. One was for a diagnostic colonoscopy, another was for therapeutic laser light therapy to treat lameness, and the third was for a bite wound. All I had to do was upload copies of my statements (one can mail them in, too, if they needed), and Pets Best did the rest - - figured out the deductible and co-pay. We are retirees, so having insurance coverage took the worry out of dealing with the veterinary costs.

Trupanion has been incredibly good
Trupanion has been incredibly good at covering issues with my dog. The premiums are definitely going up over time which would be my only complaint. I pay over twice as much as when I signed up 8 years ago or so.

Fantastic Insurance
We have been Healthy Paws customers for 3 years. We, previously with other dogs, had a different coverage. We were not happy about their coverage limitations. They did not cover a CCL (Cranial Cruciate Ligament) surgery, and they had illness and injury caps, not to mention lifetime caps. Our 3-year old Labrador, Sam, just had CCL surgery. It is a very expensive surgery that involves steel plates and screws. Sam had the surgery less than 3 weeks ago and we have already received full reimbursement, minus our deductable and office visit. No questions asked. We have a 90% reimbursement and $500 deductable plan. There are other plan options available. Healthy Paws has been wonderful and provides valuable coverage. Claims can easily be submitted on line. I highly recommend that every pet owner have pet insurance. It alleviates the dilemma as to how to care for your pet in the best way possible, especially in an emergency, and not breaking the bank. I believe Healthy Paws’ comprehensive and affordable insurance is the best way to give you peace of mind.
