Trupanion has given us more time with our pet
We currently have two dogs. One of our beloved dogs has Trupanion which covers all but routine and preventive care. Our other pet has ASPA which covers all care routine, preventative, and illness, and injury. We have felt as though Trupanion is a family, always available, responsive, caring and present when we need the most support. Sadly our young pet has been diagnosed with an aggressive cancer and we cannot thank the Trupanion family enough for allowing us hope. Trupanion has given him the best odds for recovery and healing, and Trupanion has given us more time to spend with our pet. We may yet lose the battle and have to say good-bye which will be heart wrenching yet, Trupanion has been a friend, family, and support at this most difficult time. ASPA has also provided us great care but it is not the same. Trupanion is family and we love you for your caring. Thank you.

Literally don't know what we'd do without Trupanion
My husband and I are both retired now (we joined Trupanion back when we both were still working), and were it not for this wonderful pet insurance we would not be able to properly care for our beloved dig the way we are able to. At every turn, Trupanion literally rescues us and helps us help to prolong her life and ease her discomfort particularly now that she has been diagnosed with a urinary bladder tumor. I literally don't know what we would do without Trupanion!

First time dog owner
First time dog owner and unfortunately my pup has some digestive issues. Without the coverage provided by Trupanion I am not sure I would have been able to keep my dog. When your animal is sick it is a stressful time but it helps to know that Trupanion has coverage for some of the costs so at least that burden doesn't t fall solely on your shoulders. Now I have an enzyme dependent but otherwise healthy German Shepherd who is loving his life and adding so much joy to mine!

I appreciate the customer service
I cannot tell you how much I appreciate the customer service reps. when I call. I love the smooth filing system. I tell everyone I know who has a beloved pet about your company. Even though my pup is now 12 and a half and his health is failing, I know it is because I have Trupanion that he is still here with me. Trupanion has made it easier for me to get him the help he needs and make it possible for me to continue with all his medications daily. This is an expense the I would not be able to cover if it were not for the insurance. Will I put a policy on my new pup or pups when the time comes, you bet I will, there is no better peace of mind than to have Trupanion. Murphy is here today because of you. Thank you ever so much. I recommend Trupanion
I have had experience with different pet insurance companies over the last 25 years. Trupanion is without compare the finest from my experience. Customer service is always there for you. You are kept informed/updated on the claims process/status from the time the vet submits the invoice till settlement. Claims are paid expeditiously and, just as importantly, fairly according to the policy selected. There is no pet insurance provider that covers all health issues your pet may experience. You as the owner must review available coverage selections and what is affordable. If pet insurance is a consideration I recommend you research multiple providers and include Trupanion as one of your options.

My dog would not be alive if not for Trupanion
My dog would not be alive today if it wasn't for Trupanion! I wouldn't have been able to afford his treatments on my own. Trupanion has saved my best friend Toby and I will forever be grateful!
