Took a chance on pet insurance.
I was not sure if I should get insurance but I took a chance and within 2 months one of my dogs tore his ACL. This could have broken the bank for us and been a difficult time but pets best has made things much less stressful.

Easy to apply and great communication and rates. Friendly and prompt customer service. Fortunately, no need to file a claim, but nice to know pet is covered and I expect no issues.

So glad we have Trupanion insurance as our Brussels Griffon puppy 9 mths old has to have both back legs operated on as he knees pop out of the sockets, if we didnt have surgery it would be tough on a retirement meager income. I highly recommend getting insurance based on experience

Helped me afford an expensive surgery for my pet.
Buying pet insurance was the best decision I made, specifically my puppy who had ingested a foreign object which required a $5,000.00 surgery to save his life. I would never have been able to afford that type of expense. So this ultimately can made some people have to not be able to save their pet's life because they cannot afford the enormous vet bills for surgery. I would never go without pet insurance ever again. That one instance sold me forever!
