On point and quick
Very quick with claims as our mini Australian Shepard has been ill a few times and as you know medical services are not cheap for pets. Nationwide has helped a lot with the cost thank you

Thank goodness I have nationwide pet insurance
It’s been at least 10 years since I last had a dog. I can’t believe how high vet bills have become. There’s no way I would be able to take care of Augie the way he needs to be taken care of if I didn’t have nationwide pet insurance.

Nationwide is the best!
Really great insurance - has covered 90 per cent of the allowables on our claims. I would recommend getting the wellness package too since all vaccines are covered. Nationwide is the best insurance we’ve had for our dogs.

Piece of mind
We've been extremely happy with ASPCA pet insurance for all of our pets. The claims are easy to file and paid quickly. Generally, I feel the payouts have been fair relative to the cost of the treatments. Having this insurance provides us piece of mind we can provide the care and quality of life to our pet family that is important to us.

Pet insurance with options, rates increased
Nationwide has been good for unexpected health issues and coverage of items I may not been able to afford without. I did not think it was fair for an increase after the first year, but waiting to see what happens this year.

Excellent!
Took my 9 month old Boxer, Finn to the Washington State University School of Veterinary Medicine for a second opinion on a testicular mass. Was required to have a pre neuter visit and labs then another trip over to Pullman for the neuter per WSU policy. My other option was to leave him at the Vet School for three days, which I declined to do. Regardless of the time frame I chose to follow, the entire cost for this WSU experience was still $300 less than my local vet. My claim for the first visit was paid in days rather than in 30 days as is the norm. Very pleased. I hope the next WSU claim will be paid as quickly. Very happy with my Nationwide service for my pets! I tell all my pet friends about my experiences with Nationwide. Thank you Nationwide for the great coverage.

BE UPFROUNT, GET IT RIGHT
I am a one month member and finally got time to read the package. I have a cat, you sent me two packages and a dog magazine . Your info says I have to deduct this and that then you will pay your percent, after I have to pay the Vet , if I could afford to pay the Vet up front I wouldn't need insurance, also after paying all my deductibles and reducing the invoice so much, what you guys pay is not worth paying you 40.00 a month for years for nothing. Please cancel my account ID 7308770 Policy Number PPU 11773789 . I will put a stop pay on my bank.

Trupanion is a scam, you will get hussled.
Trupanion pet insurance, remember me?? Of course you do, I’m the guy you scammed and hussled for $5,000. Remember when I got my French bulldog and had called to ask if y’all covered the breathing surgery? Of course you do, well thank you for accepting my payments every month for his insurance towards this surgery, thank you for allowing me the assurance that I would be reimbursed from his surgery after already having it. Oh wait.. you didn’t reimburse me, I have been paying insurance on my French Bulldog every month for no reason, just more money to fork out. Great idea let’s get dog insurance that doesn’t ensure!! Also I am extremely excited to cancel my insurance with you all, and to get my money back with or without your help. Sincerely, someone who should have done the $500 deductible! instead I did the $1,000 deductible to be fair, It sure pays to try and do the nicer things for people. Trupanion will gladly take your money, but be careful about getting reimbursed. This is not the last you will hear from me. This trupanion company literally told me they will cover the procedure when i was looking for an insurance company to go with for my $5,000 newborn puppy. I even called before the surgery to make sure i would be reimbursed and I was assured. We all know frenchies have this problem, so now I have a $5,000 dog with $5,000 in medical bills when I have been paying $50 a month for his insurance for no reason. I want to sue the piss out of trupanion.
