Good customer service and reimbursement
I think Nationwide is a good choice of coverage. Good reimbursement and customer service. I tried Trupanion and reimbursement was $0 - always some story as to why it was not covered so I cancelled and added all of my Pets to Nationwide. I have been a customer for many years and have recommended many to you.

I have not had any complaints. The claims process is simple and fast. Everything has always been covered for me. My price has gone up with pet age, but I think that makes sense, and the price is still comparable to other insurers.

The Best Most Caring Pet Insurance Company Out There
I bought Healthy Paws insurance for my Teacup Yorkie cause it had really great reviews and previous customers said they actually pay. Other insurances I used in the past were awful but Healthy Paws for sure gets 5 stars. They were there for me for all my visits, were reasonably priced and actually paid me the 80% of what they covered. Recently my fur baby went into the hospital for a week in the critical care unit. It cost me $9000 for treatment before he came home. Healthy Paws representatives were friendly and helped me get my claims paid. I received over $7000 back. Unfortunately my baby passed away a week later, I filed his last bill which included his cremation services on the bill. Without me having to call Healthy Paws and tell them what happened, they payed my claim, sent me an email that they were sorry for my loss and went ahead and cancelled his insurance and issued a refund for that month. That meant a lot to me because it was going to be a hard phone call to make, but they were on top of things and made the process easy for me. To go above and beyond that, a week later I received a card in the mail with their deepest sympathies and a bunch of the employees signed it. Their caring and kindness meant so much to me during this hard time. The next pet I get will definitely be insured by Healthy Paws insurance!

Wonderful service provided by ASPCA
I can not say enough wonderful things about ASPCA pet insurance! They are reliable and professional, all claims are handled efficiently and I am reimbursed quickly! They have covered all expenses my poor little lilly has incurred during her illness (which has been a lot!) They even go out of their way to follow up and make sure medications are working, etc. I would highly recommend ASPCA to anyone with pets! It's worth every penny to have your pets insured

Not happy
My claim should have been at least 879.70. Trupanion only paid 307.19. I should have received 521.73. NOT HAPPY. Also THE PAYMENT CONTINUE TO INCREASE. I read it to say that the cost would depend on the age of the dog when I took out the policy. Maybe a six is to high.

Best insurance, best people!
I researched the heck out of pet insurance companies and landed on Healthy Paws. They have great rates, low deductibles and unlike some carriers they do not outright exclude hereditary conditions (how are you supposed to know if your cute puppy is going to have bad hips one day?) I have owned previous pets with exensive, unexpected medical bills an insisted to my partner we get medical insurance out of the gate for our new rescue puppy. He was skeptical until we received our 1st emergency vet bill after our puppy did something ridiculous like puppies do. THAT changed his tune! I recommend Healthy Paws to friends, clients and even our vet. Not only is it a great insurance policy, they are great pet-loving folks. Even after a claim was closed they emailed to check in on our dog. Even when our dog ATE part of the reimbursement check and they had to send another. Ha!
