MetLife Pet is the best!

MetLife pet insurance has been a life saver in helping me with the high costs of veterinary bills. I have an older rescue pup that has required some unforeseen procedures MetLife has been there for me. Very easy to submit claims, they answer all my questions when needed and claims are finalized in a timely manner.

A HUGE SCAM & WASTE OF MONEY

Three months ago, I submitted a simple $90 claim for a urinalysis because my cat was showing delayed urination. The claim was initially denied because Pets Best said they didn't receive drs notes. I got them the drs notes and 6 weeks later, as well as 4 phone calls and three emails later (all a huge waste of my time, not even worth the $90 reimbursement), and the claim remains UNPROCESSED. Meanwhile, they have no trouble extracting $126 from me every month for their monthly fee. For what? SO I can waste my time on phone calls, emails, and paperwork? Save your money. Don't waste it on this scam of a company.

MetLife Pet Insurance

MetLife Pet Insurance is reasonably priced and really helps out with the vet bills for shots, neutering, spaying, or any other surgery that may be needed for your canine or feline friends. I have several dogs and all are covered by this pet insurance. It has definitely helped with the cost of caring for them.

Emergency without financial ruin

We have two cats, both of whom I pay $34 a month for accident/illness coverage. When my 4 year old cat spiked a fever I brought her to the emergency vet and was of course terrified because we love our cats like family. But when I received the bill, I was able to pay it all on my CareCredit card. The next morning, I uploaded the receipt to Pets Best; had a judgment within a few days and a payment in less than a week. Our cat needed to have one more emergency consultation that week and the process was just a simple financially. For this bill, I had elected the reimbursement go right to my CareCredit card which it did within a few days.. That is a great feature too. It's hard enough panicking about our pets Health so there's certainly peace of mind about cost with Pets Best insurance. I also wanted to say I utilized Pets Best chat, veterinarian the night before, and followed that advice of the Vet. To be honest I thought it was an AI feature but the Vet from the chat called me a few days later to check On our cat Papi! We are grateful

Fetch has the benefits and Josh gave great customer service that we were looking for! Josh was our star of the day!

The company has the services we want at a price we can afford. We had Spot Insurance; however, we did not have the benefits we wanted. The waiting period is extended by one day; however, since our Miniature Schnauzer is a healthy little guy, it is not a problem.

Not satisfied in continuing with Embrace

My dog had to have a tooth removal and a representative told me it was probably covered up to 75%. Embrace didn’t support 1 %. Also, an upgrade in coverage cost doubled.
