Well worth it

Well worth it. Affordable peace of mind. It a good feeling to know that you can give your dog the best care and procedures needed without the stress of “how can I afford this”. My dog has used this policy on numerous occasions from ear infections to a surgery and all has been covered 80% after his affordable deductible. I use money I’ve saved for toys and treats

I didn't even know there was a customer service or number to call if the pet is having problems.

I've been with the company for quite a few years and never knew there was customer service or a hot line to call if there is a question about the dogs. I have two dogs under the policy and calling tomorrow to see about adding a 12 week kitten. Are there discounts when you have more than one pet? Do the rates change year after year?

Able to get the care we needed

I've been with pets best for a year with 3 cats. My cats are wonderfully healthy and I never thought I would ever have to use the insurance.. until my young 5 year old tabby started having health issues. I finally was able to use the insurance and saw how it worked and covered his emergencies. Then one emergency required an expensive surgery. I was confident and trusted pets best and was able to provide life saving surgery for my sweet kitty. I would not have been able to afford his surgery otherwise. I am so very thankful for choosing this insurance.

Great Insurance, but rate went way up after using it.

The website is interactive, informative, easy to navigate with fun graphics. My claims were easy to make. I was made aware by email when the claim was received and when it was processed and sent out. I've had a high deductible accident and injury policy for about 3-4 years before making a claim. I made 2 small claims for 2 separate torn toe nail removals. I just received my renewal for next year and the rate went up dramatically.

Such quick, hassle-free reimbursement!

I gotta say, i was a bit skeptical buying pet insurance for the first time. But, I have two puppies and am already recognizing the huge benefit and enjoying the financial relief from little things like monthly flea prevention to big things like being neutered. All questions I've asked have been answered promptly over email, and some reimbursements reach my account within a week. I can't say enough good things!

Once you learn the system, it's great to deal with you.

It took a long while to learn your system for submitting claims. Have finally got it down. So far, so good. Things are going swimmingly. Only question is why the rates have gone up so drastically.
