Your enrollment instructions were clear and concise which is very helpful for us older dog owners. Pumpkin is absolutely worth it!
Pumpkin is great. Easy to work with and a seamless transaction that allows me to provide my beloved dog with the absolute best care. I was very skeptical of getting pet insurance but it’s one of the best choices I’ve made and is completely worth it. Pumpkin is wonderful to work with.

I love my pumpkin Insurance
I love my pumpkin Insurance. When I bought it I thought well I don’t know if I’ll ever use this, my little girl is like a baby to me, and I wanted her to be insured. Then one night December 7th she got so sick and was throwing up blood. I had to take her to the emergency vet and after I hit my deductible, which for me was $500 dollars Pumpkin paid 90% of all my bills. I am so happy that I was smart enough to buy Pumpkin insurance. She just finished her medicine and I’m hoping that I don’t have to take her back to her veterinarian, but just knowing I have, Pumpkin? is such a piece of mind for me.

I have never purchase pet insurance…
I have never purchased pet insurance in the past for any of our pets. When we chose MetLife to insure our New Australian Shehpherd puppy, we found the process to be very straightforward. Submitting claims is incredibly easy through the app and reimbursement has been received within just a few short days after claim submission. We are so glad that we signed up for this plan for our puppy and especially appreciate the coverage for preventative care.

I like that you offer pet insurance
I like that you offer pet insurance. I have had the experience of not being able to afford an unexpected but needed expense for my pets. The representative was knowledgeable and found a plan that fit my needs. I do wish that she could have directed me to an online site so we could both visualize the material together instead of just verbally explaining it to me.

Love to deny claims
Every year this insurance skyrockets, to the point where I had to change my deductible just to be able to afford it. Just filed a claim for a rash my dog got from playing in the snow and they denied it stating it was a preexisting condition which is outrageous.
