I have been reimbursed in a timely manner when I make a claim. Also, if I speak to a live representative with any concerns or questions, they are always super friendly and helpful. The only negative to my MetLife pet insurance is the amount monthly payment has increased with each policy renewal. I feel that it is a bit excessive considering I have never made too many claims

Healthy Paws has always been wonderful to deal with. Very quick claim processing and most often what you supply is enough for them to process the claim without added delays. I'm glad I came across this company. The rates are very good. I have 2 cats Betty and Dale. My cat Betty is now 13 yrs old and Dale is 2 yrs old and I'm happy that both my cats are insured with this company. Highly recommend.

"I've had pet insurance with Pet's Best for several of my various dogs and my cat for a few years now. I've been very satisfied with their response time and they've been extremely helpful if I've had to make a phone call with questions about anything! I have recommended Pet's Best to several of my friends that have pets and I know at least one of them is now utilizing your services. Pet's Best policy premiums are in line and/or somewhat better than the other companies out there offering pet insurance. It's especially helpful to know I can choose my own deductible rate, among other options. Thank you so much for everything!!!"
