Love the Spot App
Easy app to maneuver, quick to get reimbursed. These days we like easy, and spot is easy! Make sure you look at your deductible and how much they will pay on a yearly basis, but it’s all there when you sign up, with options.. 5 stars!

Very disappointed with customer service…
Very disappointed with customer service since I signed up in October. I haven’t even had a claim yet. After several emails they are unwilling to answer questions regarding coverage and keep spewing general legal jargon. I’m getting the impression they will find every way to deny a claim. They are completely overpriced as well. I’ve also received conflicting and incorrect information in the past over the phone. I’m really frustrated and ready to cancel.

Looks for every angle to reject/Fraud
Looks for every angle to reject. If this were human medicine there would be specific ICD9 and ICD10 codes so that allergies have specificity, trupanion does none of this, one leg: every issue in the leg, one allergy must mean all from food, anaphylaxis or seasonal, outdoor. For the monthly cost, save your cash and pay in cash, after all 150 a month and a seven hundred ductible for one issue only? Lots of money the state insurance commissioner and the FTC should look at.
