It has been 15 years of loving my dog and knowing he can get the very best care thanks to Healthy Paws. They are reliable and very fast with evaluation and payment. The cost goes up as my boy ages, but with his meds and conditions, it has been worth every cent. Don’t hesitate to trust this company with the care of your fur baby.

I used to have another Pet Ins
I used to have another Pet Ins. company handling my pet insurance but every year prices would go up and up until I couldn't afford it on both dogs. I decided to try Figo and so far I am pleased with pricing. Rates do go up every year but it doesn't seem as hefty. The only thing that is bothersome is that it takes about 1 week or little longer to know if your claim is going to being paid or not. Once the claim is closed you have to go onto your cloud to find out how much was reimbursed. The good news is that the reimburse usually hits within a few days if you have direct deposit. Overall, I like there service for my fur babies.

Heathy Paws delivers every time
Heathy Paws has really delivered over the life of our rescue kitty, who has had some major illnesses. In the 10 years (I think it's been 10), HP has only questioned one transaction and has been by our side through eye surgeries and heart problems. skin problems, FHS, and this last one, a collapse, which only happens outside of regular hours, of course, which required emergency care from the general as well as cardiac vets. Claims submission could not be easier. Payments are timely and always include an explanation. The only drawback is not covering office visits for services outside of routine care. But for most of our cat's life, the monthly payments have been competitive and the coverage doesn't have a limit.
