This company is amazing. Using the App it’s super easy and fast to file my puppy’s claim. And they keep you updated with the claim tracker. Let me say it’s expensive when taking my puppy to the vet for her check ups, vaccinations and spay. This was the best thing I could have got for my puppy knowing that she is covered with MetLife pet.

My experience was good submitting my bill for Addie Maes doctors vist at Flannery's Hospital in Newburgh. The only issue I had was that it was necessary to start a new claim when I needed to submit more paperwork that Metlifr Pet Insurance needed because I could not submit said paperwork to an existing claim. They need a submit paperwork to an existing claim.

If I could rate them less than one star I would. Here is another company quick to take payments for a policy and then use every excuse in the world to not pay legitimate claims that filled claiming can’t be read not detailed,no response from Vet which according to their staff is not true. I have sent paperwork to them 6 times about two separate issues none of which have been resolved and are not trying to resolve. I am canceling this crappy company and having my card company reverse all payments because they don’t honor a Dame thing they say.

You’re better off putting the money in a savings account
You’re better off putting the money in a savings account. I paid close to $3000 over the last 4 years of coverage. When I tried to make a claim that was only about $50 over the deductible, so with the 80% reimbursement rate I’m only getting $40 back, it was declined because they couldn’t verify that she was healthy for the previous 3 years I’ve had the policy. Due to their “cancellation policy” they couldn’t verify only refund half of the premium I paid yesterday.
