Pets Worst
Pets Best doubled my monthly premium, and then started to no cover coverables items that were already approved in previous claims - they have cut reimbursement by 50% just through micro denials that i then have to appeal and justify. It is heartbreaking enough to have a senior dog facing end-of-life illnesses - it is so much worse having to battle your pet insurers to pay what they promised when you signed up for their highest coverage plan. Pets Best is more like Pets Worst. There are much better pet insurers out there - dont waste your money and well being on Pets Best.

This is my first time getting pet insurance for my dog. I’ve had dogs all my life and never thought I could afford insurance on my dogs. And I’m grateful none of my dogs needed insurance in the past. But today I’m grateful I can afford insurance for my dogs. After spending over $10,000 on my dog who passed away last July to cancer and having her leg amputated the summer of 2024. It’s been a very expensive journey with her. I don’t regret anything except I wish I would’ve had Ruby on pet insurance. My two other girls are 13 yrs old and I feel maybe too late to get insurance on. However, I just adopted a dog under the age of 1 yr and made an easy choice to get her insurance. I was on the fence with a few pet insurance companies, but with Aileen helping me out and her wonderful personable attitude, her honesty, her willingness to help and listen. Aileen was the reason I chose Fetch. Oh and the extra discount for adopting a dog! That’s right!! Fetch gives owners who adopt dogs an extra discount.. which I feel is such a great way to show their appreciation and support for people who adopt and save lives! I’m a self employed dog groomer. So, I’m excited to share my experience with my dog client’s. I hope to add more Fetch insured dogs to your family! I personally feel the insurance gives me peace of mind. Knowing if my dog has a serious health issue, as my previous dog did, I will not have to pay as much. The insurance refunds me almost immediately after I file a claim. I highly recommend Pumpkin Pet insurance.

70% Rate Increase
My dog turned 8 years old and I just got a notice of a 70% increase in cost for his insurance. I took out the policy when he was 6 months old and have never filed a claim. The policy has been on auto pay for the full time. When I sent an email to the company complaining about the increase and stating I would need to cancel, they sent me an email saying if I did not change my cancellation, it would take effect. No attempt to keep my business! To me this is a window into their business model: insure pets during their healthiest years and do their best to cull their insurees as they get into the age where they may have need of the insurance.
