Stay away from Trupanion, NOT WORTH IT!
Stay away from Trupanion, I have 2 dog and a cat. I told them multiple times that I want all my payment at the same date, I mean SAME date, but they decided to charge me three different date during the month. They charge me over $80 per month and told me my cats emergency vet visit is not cover at all, and none of those count for the deductible!! I submit all my pets claims form, but none of those count as the deductible at all!!! After I canceled the policy with them, they still keep charging my card for it. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY IN THIS COMPANY, IT IS NOT WORTH YOUR TIME, ENERGY, AND MONEY!!!!

Good registration experience, but no confirmation
Overall my experience was good - great UI, easy sign-up. The only thing that was a little weird was not getting an email confirmation when my registration was complete. That would have been a lot easier than having to log into my account to ensure everything had been set up correctly.

Trpanion makes our lives easy!
We have 5 dogs with Trupanion, and we could not be happier or feel more confident knowing Trupanion has our back. Customer service is always helpful to answer questions . Payment is always prompt . Well worth the feeling that you get knowing they are there. I wouldn't change anything. Thank You Trupanion.

Great pet insurance company!
Trupanion responds and reimburses quickly. Easy to file a claim. My Labrador Retriever had a rare life threatening illness with major complications. I would not have been able to afford all of the diagnostic tests, treatment and procedures without this insurance.

Efficient and knowledgeable customer service

Difficult to cancel
Will change anything over the phone, but wont cancel your policy. Only way is by email, which they happen to lose. They are now trying to bill me for an entire month because they didnt process the cancellation until after my second email requesting them to cancel (which was the date they tried to bill me).

Trupanion saves the day...again!
Trupanion made it so I was able to choose the best treatment option without the worry of cost. The clinic was even able to file the claim for me while they were performing treatment so all I had to do was pay my portion at checkout!!
